Situated in a quiet street just off Waterloo Road Warren House is perfectly placed for most of the shows/attractions Blackpool has to offer, and just a two minute walk from the promenade where you will find major attractions such as The Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Leisure Centre, South Pier and Grosvenor Casino. We are also a perfect starting point for the world famous illuminations and a fantastic family day/night out at Blackpool Tower just a short tram ride away. We are also just a five minute walk from Bloomfield Road, the home of Blackpool FC.

We always offer a very warm welcome to all our guests from families and couples to conference delegates. We do not cater for all male or female parties.
